10% for building height of 35'-0" = 3'-6" increase to 38'-6" for new building height.
Please explain your design exception and why it is needed:
Based on required FEMA and AE10 zoning the finish floor design elevations is at 11.5' NAVD from proposed grade at 7.08' NAVD (+4'-6"). We are within code exceptions of 10% if approved. The original hip roof design would provide a better drainage instead of combine flat and hip design.
